Yes, please let us know upon checkout that you would like your order to be Non-Distressed.
Do you custom paint?
No, we do not custom paint, although we offer a variety of color choices for our customers.
Do you ship internationally?
We can. Please contact us for a shipping quote for a potential order and we will work something out.
When will I receive my product?
Our processing time is 7 - 9 business days.
How do I select the color I want?
Most of our listings allow you to choose from the drop down menu the color of your choice. Our color options are displayed on the last picture of the listings. However, if a color menu is not provided, before checkout, simply let us know in the message box your color number choice.
Do you accept large or bulk orders?
Yes. Please contact us via email of your specific order, and we may be able to work out a discount.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Contact us. We will research the tracking number and do our best to locate your order, and we will try to make it right.
