Exchanges, Returns & Shipping
At Farmhouse Iron Co, we strive to provide our customers with satisfying products to suit their needs. However, if circumstances provide the need to Return or Exchange items, we do accept them.
- For Returns: All items must be returned unused and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we conclude the product is defective. Once we receive the item/s we will issue a full refund of the items cost to the buyer. Please contact us to receive return shipping information.
- For Exchanges: You may exchange your order. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible to contact us FIRST. Then buyer must read, agree, and purchase the "Exchange my order" listing.THIS LISTING FEE COVERS THE RETURN LABEL THAT WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL AND PART OF THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE NEW ITEMS TO BE SENT BACK. Buyer will be instructed which USPS package to use with the label we will provide. Once we receive your order, we will ship your exchanged order back to you.*DISCLAIMERS* Non-Refundable. IF package fails to be delivered due to customer using incorrect packaging, we are not responsible and customer will have to repurchase the listing to follow through with exchange. Items must be returned in original condition.
- All sale/clearance items are final. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted if they are requested within a 48 hour period of when the order was placed. A refund will be issued to the buyer.
